Parkland College Application for Admission

Complete and submit the application (at link below) if:
  • You have never attended Parkland College (age 16 or older).
  • You are attending Parkland as a non-degree student and you now want to obtain a degree.
Do NOT use this application if you applied to Parkland within the last year and:
  • You did not attend. Please contact the Office of Admissions and Records at 217/353-2625 or email jrotzoll@parkland.edu instead.
  • You want to change your major. Please contact the Counseling and Advising Center to obtain a Program Code Change Form instead.
  • You want to apply to a Health Professions program (e.g. nursing, massage therapy, etc.). Please visit the Office of Admissions and Records (A165) to obtain a Health Career Request Form instead.
