Part-Time Instructors Pool - Spring 2010

(January - May)

Days, Evenings, Saturdays, and/or Online

Excellent starting pay based on highest degree attained: $891-$1004 per equated contact hour.

Minimum Qualifications

A master's degree in the field is required to teach transfer courses. Bachelor's degree and/or appropriate certification is required to teach technical courses leading to degrees, but not intended for transfer.

How to submit an Online Application for the Spring 2010 Part-Time Faculty Pool (print & read these instructions before applying):

1) In the Discipline Listing below, click on the Discipline for which you wish to apply. (If you are interested in applying for more than one, then there will be a box on the Online Application Form for you to check.)

2) Complete the Online Application Form, and *before* clicking Submit, attach cover letter, resume and scanned copy of official college transcript of highest degree earned to your Online Application Form.

3) Click Submit after application is complete and all attachments are attached.

4) After you click Submit, your application will automatically be sent to Human Resources, or if you checked the box that you were interested in teaching multiple subjects, then you will be taken to another online form to complete.

5) Hiring needs for the Spring will be dependent on Spring student enrollment. We may not be hiring part-time instructors for *all* subjects; however, we will accept applications for the Disciplines listed below so that we will have a pool of applicants to consider when part-time instructor openings occur.
