TRiO/Student Support Services
Academic Coach & Lab Monitor
$15.00 per hour
M-Th 19 hours /wk
(From 9 am - 5 pm)
Hours are flexible
• Provide tutoring and academic support in Math & Science.
• Provide encouragement to TRiO students.
• Maintain a quality learning environment in the TRiO Multipurpose lab.
• The Academic Coach will report to the Academic Coordinator.
Qualifications
• Associates in Math or Science, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring in Math and Sciences.
• Ability to communicate with students of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in computer skills MS Excel, MS Word.
Start Date: January 2010
