Interim Associate Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management


Confidential, full-time, 12-month interim position with potential of becoming long-term position.

Starting Salary: $49,994/yr ($24.03/hr)

Reports to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management. Responsible for the planning and execution of application processing and registration activities, including supervision of production and maintenance of an electronic imaging system. Assists in all aspects of maintaining and updating student records. Supervises professional support staff. Serves as liaison to external offices such as UIUC ROTC, and to internal offices throughout Parkland College.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Three (3) or more years of directly related work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Analytical, editing, proofreading, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of postsecondary programs and curricula.
• Ability to learn Datatel Colleague and imaging system software.
• Ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively.
• Ability to organize and maintain vast amounts of detailed data.
• Working knowledge of imaging software management, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Access.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supervising support staff including hiring, training and discipline.
• Master’s degree.
