Transcripts

Submitting transcripts to Parkland:
Transcripts should be sent directly to Parkland’s Admissions office from your high school (or GED) and/or previously attended colleges and universities. Faxed or hand-carried transcripts will not be accepted. It is recommended that you also have a copy sent to yourself that you can bring with you during the advising process.

Request Transcripts Online

Requesting transcripts from Parkland:

Transcripts may be ordered online, in-person or by mail. Sorry, but we are not able to accept transcript requests by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Parkland College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. You card will only be charged when your order has been completed. All transcripts are $3.00.

To order an official transcript(s) online, login to the Clearinghouse site, or you may log into the Parkland Connection and click on the “Request Official Transcript” link. (If you are a first time user on the Clearinghouse site you will be directed to create a personal profile and User ID and password which you can use when placing future orders.)
• Please allow at least three days for requests to be processed. During the end of a semester additional time is required. Rush transcripts may not be available during peak enrollment periods or at the end of the semester.
• Due to security issues we do not fax transcripts.
• Parkland cannot forward an original or copy of any document received by Parkland from another institution or agency. Transcripts, test scores and other documents must be requested by the student from the originating institution or agency.
• Transcripts sent directly to the student or picked up will be stamped “Issued to Student.” It will be the option of the receiving institution or agency to consider these transcripts as official. Parkland considers official transcripts to be those sent directly from the Parkland Office of Admissions and Records to an institution or agency.

Unofficial transcripts may be obtained free of charge by logging into the Parkland Connection and selecting “View.Grades/Unofficial Transcript”.
